• 3/4 Cup Black Magic Rum
  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 5 Tbs Powdered Sugar
  • 3/4 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Cloves
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Cinnamon Sticks to Serve

Beat the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar together, whipping to soft peaks (using an electric mixer or whisk). Cool mixture in refrigerator. Combine butter, brown sugar, cloves, salt, water, and cinnamon in a pan. Using medium high heat bring to a boil. Turn off heat and add in Black Magic and vanilla extract. Serve with whipped cream, cinnamon sticks, and nutmeg.
