• 1.5 oz Black Magic Rum
  • 5-7 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
  • 3 lime wedges
  • 1 oz mint simple syrup
  • 2 oz pureed kiwi
  • Fill with club soda
  • Ice

In a tall glass glass, muddle the mint, lime and simple syrup. Add in the pureed kiwi and Black Magic Rum. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with club soda. Stir again, and garnish with mint and kiwi.
