- 1.5 oz Black Magic
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 2-3 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
- 2 oz Sparkling Wine
- 5 Mint Leaves (plus more for garnish)
Insert mint leaves and simple syrup at the bottom of a mixing glass. Muddle. Add in Black Magic Rum, bitters, and lime juice. Shake with ice, and strain into a chilled glass. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with mint.
