• 1.5 oz Black Magic
  • 1 Egg White
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Lime, Cut into Fourths
  • 3 Mint Leaves, Plus Sprigs for Garnish
  • Fill with Club Soda (could also use Ginger Ale)
  • Crushed Ice

Muddle mint leaves and quarter lime in a highball glass and fill with crushed ice. In cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine egg white, Black Magic, simple syrup, lemon juice. Shake vigorously and strain into highball glass. Fill glass with club soda or ginger ale. Garnish with mint sprig and lime.
