This cocktail is inspired by the late Prince. Ladies and gentlemen, the “Purple Sky”.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Black Magic
- .5 oz purple sauce
- Top with Ginger Ale
Purple Sauce Ingredients (makes large container)
- 2 jars of jalapeño pepper jelly
- 1 jar of blueberry preserves
- 1 small container POM blueberry pomegranate juice
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- Melt together on low heat until combined. Take off heat and refrigerate until ready to use
